Payment & Terms Acknowledgment

I agree that payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise approved in writing and that fuel remains the property of Prather Power Services until paid in full.*

Agreement Acceptance

By submitting this form, I agree to Prather Power Services’ Fuel Delivery & On-Site Fueling Services Agreement, including indemnification, liability, and payment terms governed by Florida law.*

I certify that I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the company listed above.*
