Late payments may result in:

  • Confirming tank capacity and fuel type

Prather Power Services is not responsible for overfills or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or prior service delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

Emergency or special-order fuel deliveries may be subject to a service charge if canceled after dispatch.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prather Power Services is not liable for:

  • Equipment failure or pre-existing mechanical issues

  • Power outages, downtime, or business interruption

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
